The buyer is responsible for the further development of the cutting/plant. Even on healthy plants, there is always a chance that the cutting will start to rot. Older leaves on stem cuttings in particular can turn yellow and fall off over time. This can also happen from time to time with head cuttings.

We do not provide any guarantees or refunds for the above reasons as this process is normal and in the nature of the plant.

! If your cutting dies within a week after you received it, we will replace it for you.
Please note that you have to inform us as soon as possible when any problems start to occur like rot or leaf lost. !
