We offer a specific assortment of plants available for pre-order each month. This way you can avoid the stress during a restock and also the frustration in case you did not get your hands on your desired plant. Perhaps the plant you’re looking for is also available for pre-order.

If some plant is sold out or otherwise not available, the contingent for this month is probably depleted. There is a set amount of available preorders every month.

What if my pre-ordered plant arrives in a bad condition or not at all?

First and foremost we expect your plant to arrive on the stated date of delivery. If a plant does not turn up or arrives in a bad condition, you will receive a full refund. You can alternatively wait for the next plant delivery.

How big are the plants?

You can see the size of the plant in the product description. Please be aware that plants are individual, so different plants may vary in size. Naturally, other minor differences, like the number of leaves and the overall appearance, can occur. This doesn’t mean that the plant is worth less. We try our best to offer plants that are similar in size and are aesthetically very alike, but please note that we can’t give discounts for differences in sizes. If a plant don’t matches your expectations, you are for sure allowed to send it back (please read our shipping + returns policy).

Are the plants acclimated?

All plants we ship have been acclimated in our greenhouse for at least 4 weeks.
